The new ISObus user interface makes spreader operation more intuitive and therefore more user-friendly. Normally, operation in the ISObus display is carried out using virtual softkeys, which lead into menu structures. With the new user interface, Bogballe has developed a real touch solution in which all important data can be selected and entered directly via the display. The essential functions are marked with a frame – all of these parameters can be selected and edited directly by clicking on them. The four function symbols can also be selected directly, eliminating the need to go through menu structures, for intuitive operation.
Together with 250 other manufacturers of agricultural machinery and tractors, Bogballe is a member of the independent organization AEF. AEF certification ensures problem-free connection to the tractor’s ISObus system. The organization works to ensure and improve compatibility across tractor and agricultural machinery manufacturers in relation to ISObus systems. Bogballe’s ISObus system is certified and follows the ISOBUS 11783 standard, so that the spreader can be easily connected to the many different terminals that have also passed the compatibility test.
Existing users of an ISObus Gen II spreader produced from 2018 onwards can download the software update for free from Bogballe’s website and get an updated spreader with the latest features.
