Standard equipment on all M2 and M3 machine (Option on L15 and L20). The small seeds kit works by restricting the aperture size and allows the machine to be used for spreading slug pellets and oil seed rape etc.
Section control standard is available on all KRM spreaders and recommended at working widths up to 24m. It works by reducing the quantity of fertiliser being applied in line with the reduced area being spread as short work is encountered. This is done by the double shutter system. Standard Section Control can be operated manually by the operator on any KRM spreader fitted with one of our Calibrator or ISObus control systems.
Adding a set of storage wheels simplifies hitching and storing the machine. When working in tall crops the wheels are simply un-pinned, no tools required. The rubber "tyre" makes for easy rolling, preventing the wheels skidding on small stones.
The hopper access ladder provides easy access into the hopper for cleaning and maintenance. The ladder folds up when not in use and comes with a step inside the hopper.
Standard on all L-line weigh cell machines, the calibrator Zurf provides the operator with all key machine information in a simple logical display. Individual buttons for each function avoid scrolling through menus to enter settings. Whilst spreading, the system continuously monitors the flow rate of the fertiliser and makes adjustments to ensure the target rate is always achieved.
Available on all L-line and M-line spreaders, this simple to use control box provides quick and easy machine set up, application rate independent of forward speed and on the move rate adjustment. The system also records information relating to a particular field including the area spread, the application rate and the total quantity of material applied. With 2 way RS232 communication, the Icon can accept software updates and is compatible with all leading GPS systems such as Green star, SOYL, etc.
For those wishing to purchase an ISObus machine but who don’t currenty have an ISObus system, KRM have teamed up with TeeJet to supply exactly what you will need. This solution is ideal where customers have an older non ISObus tractor.
KRM's NAVI COM module neatly mounts to the back of the spreader’s control box and provides a wireless connection to an android tablet in the tractor cab. The app handles section control, guidance, auto on/off and variable rate maps can be loaded. The system also allows for the connection of other variable rate systems these could be non GPS based, such as a nitrogen sensor.
The Navi Com module is compatible with our Zurf and Totz control boxes.
The app is free to download and has a demo feature, it can downloaded at:
Bogballe NAVI App - Apps on Google Play.
Take the guess work out of spreading with KRM's Auto Switch, this system will turn the spreader on and off at the headland as well as operating Standard or Dynamic Section Control automatically in irregular shaped fields. It can also be used for guidance and variable rate. This system ensures no overlaps or misses and is a useful feature when a narrow tramline is encountered
Simple to install and use this system links into the existing Calibrator and will also generate a forward speed, making it simple to move between tractors.
All KRM weigh cell spreaders can be supplied ISObus ready. Easy and logical operation have always been key guidelines in the development of our electronic controllers. To continue this strategy the ISObus solution displays the same easily understandable graphical layout on the tractors terminal.
